Client Relationship Coordinator Bovey Tracey Permanent – (Full time 8am-5pm) £30,000-£32,000 Sphere Solutions are working with a local, independent Brick & Stone specialist to recruit a Client Relationship Coordinator to join their friendly office based in South Devon. As one of the region’s largest suppliers of Brick & Stone, due to expected growth within the business, they require a Client Relationship Coordinator to further build and maintain relationships with its client base, ensuring all of their needs are met and that the products/services they provide meet or exceed expectations. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, the role will include: * Liaising with existing and new customers, building lasting relationships and rapport, ensuring the customer’s needs are met and they are satisfied with the products/services being provided. * Liaising and communicating with the sales team. In turn, you will be speaking with the supplier to manage the customer’s expectation in regards to timescales and quality. * Interaction with the customer and supplier will be over the phone and via email & you will make accurate notes in regards to all conversations and action / follow up on actions agreed. * You will work closely with the sales team, accounts & other team members. Suitable candidates will possess the following: * You will come from a strong customer focused background, preferably having worked within a construction environment. * You will possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a forward thinking attitude. * You will be confident and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone, with a pragmatic approach, understanding the importance of building lasting relationships. * Must have strong IT skills, experienced in the use of all Microsoft applications. * You will be able to manage your own work load, whilst working within a team, to ensure the customers experience is positive. On offer is a salary ranging from £30,000-£32,000 depending on experience. The working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
