We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cladding Site Manager to join a busy and growing contractor on a project based in Swansea.
This is an immediate start role with a minimum 12 weeks' work available, with further opportunities to move onto additional projects thereafter due to a strong pipeline of ongoing work.
The Role
- Managing day-to-day site operations on cladding and façade works
- Overseeing subcontractors, labour and deliveries
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
- Managing health & safety, RAMS and site paperwork
- Coordinating with project and contracts management teams
- Carrying out toolbox talks and site inductions
Requirements
- Previous experience managing cladding / façade projects
- Strong knowledge of external envelope systems and site coordination
- SMSTS and CSCS essential
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards
