An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering a landmark £50 million construction project in Cardiff. This is a key site-based role where you will take ownership of all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) activities across a large-scale building project, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, safety culture, and operational excellence are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

As Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of HSE on site, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior management to drive a proactive safety culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with current HSE legislation and company procedures
