Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Brickwork Supervisor for a major construction project in Cardiff. This role will focus on overseeing remedial and replacement works to the full external envelope following fire stopping and installation issues identified on the project. Works involve stripping back to the concrete frame and managing the reinstatement package.
We are looking for someone with strong experience across:
- Envelope systems
- Brickwork façades
- Cladding systems
- Fire stopping remediation
- Full building envelope packages
- QA and compliance management
- Coordination of subcontractors and programme management
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex remediation or façade replacement projects and be confident overseeing works from structural frame through to completion.
Requirements:
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid preferred
- Strong technical understanding of façade/envelope systems
- Experience working on commercial or residential schemes
