Responsibilities include:
- Your role will be to manage a team and package of works in the growing energy or water sector.
- You will lead our project and will direct our site supervisors and engineers to encourage a collective responsibility to deliver a successful project.
- You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.
- You will also work with our commercial team and will have a shared responsibility towards the financial performance of our projects.
Key requirements:
- Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams.
- CSCS card relevant to role.
- SMSTS.
- Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project.
- Relevant industry/academic qualification in Civil Engineering.
Desirable:
- Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator.
- Crane Appointed Person.
- HSG47 Underground Services.
- Programming and planning experience.
- Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce.
- First Aid.
