Job Description Build Manager – Somerset\\n\\n£75,000-£85,000 & Car package\\n\\nAbout the Role: This is a regional role, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple housing developments, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards across Somerset & Devon.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Lead and support site teams to meet build programmes and health & safety standards\\n\\n * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company policies\\n\\n * Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders\\n\\n * Attend and contribute to regular commercial and operational meetings\\n\\n * Drive SHE compliance across all developments\\n\\n * Oversee quality control and customer service readiness\\n\\n * Support with subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance management\\n\\n * Monitor and report on progress across sites, implementing solutions where needed\\n\\n * Ensure all team members receive training, guidance and support for development\\n\\nSuitable candidates:\\n\\n * Previous experience as a Construction/Project Manager within the residential construction sector\\n\\n * Proven ability to manage multiple sites or large-volume developments\\n\\n * Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and health & safety legislation\\n\\n * Strong communicati…
