Healthcare Project | Immediate Start | 12-Month Contract

Location: RC

Rate: £350-£400/day CIS

Duration: 12 Months+

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations across civil engineering and infrastructure works.
Manage subcontractors, direct labour and plant resources.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
Coordinate drainage, utilities, roads, external works and associated infrastructure packages.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and health & safety audits.
Liaise with clients, consultants and design teams.
Manage quality control, programme updates and site reporting.
Drive productivity whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on major civil engineering, infrastructure or healthcare projects.
Strong background in groundworks, drainage, utilities, highways or external works.
SMSTS Black CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work fronts.

Desirable

NVQ Level 6 Site Management or equivalent.
Experience working on hospital or healthcare developments.
Temporary Works knowledge.
Utilities or infrastructure project experience.
