I am currently recruiting on behalf of a major PLC housebuilder who have an amazing reputation on building quality homes.
They now require a senior site manager to join the team on a temp to perm basis.
This will be working 5 days a week with some weekend work needed when required.
The day rate when temp is negotiable between £280 - £300 per day DOE, with the perm contract to be negotiated following successful stint as freelance.
This is an immediate start, based in Bridport, and the site has many years left to run.
It consists of a total of 500 + units for my client side of the project.
It is a joint venture site.
You must have experience as a senior site manager, who has delivered and run high volume sites with a PLC housebuilder,.
You must be proactive, strong communication skills, have strong knowledge on up to NHBC guidelines and want to progress in your career.
They are looking for somebody who manages trades, programmes, and materials to a very high standard to keep in line with their excellent reputation.
You must have SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid as minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
