We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development in Lampeter on behalf of a reputable contractor delivering homes in partnership with a Housing Association. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with strong residential experience to take responsibility for site delivery through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on a timber frame housing development
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain programme targets
- Ensure works are delivered safely and to specification
- Liaise with client representatives
- Maintain high standards of quality control and site compliance
- Oversee H&S procedures in line with company policy and legislation
- Ensure progress reporting and documentation is maintained accurately
Essential Experience & Requirements
- Proven new build housing experience
- Experience working on Housing Association schemes
- Strong timber frame construction background
- Valid SMSTS
- Based in or able to commute from West Wales / Swansea region
- First Aid (preferred but not essential)
- CSCS (Manager level preferred)
