A leading specialist construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre development in West London. You'll play a key role in delivering construction activities safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Working alongside the wider project team, you'll manage subcontractors, coordinate site operations and ensure works are completed in line with programme, specification and company procedures.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the delivery of structures and external works packages from start through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors delivering reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, drainage, roads, hard landscaping and external infrastructure works
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme, specifications and quality standards
- Managing short-term programmes and supporting the achievement of key project milestones
- Carrying out quality inspections, implementing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through to close-out
- Delivering site inductions, toolbox talks and safety inspections while promoting a strong health & safety culture
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity and minimise waste
- Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports and project documentation
- Identifying programme risks and working with the project team to develop practical solutions
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience delivering structures and external works packages on major construction projects
- Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, drainage, roads, utilities and external infrastructure works
- Good knowledge of construction sequencing, quality assurance, programme management and health & safety requirements
- ONC, HNC or equivalent construction-related qualification, CSCS Manager Card, SMSTS certification, First Aid at Work (desirable)
