A leading specialist construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre development in West London.
You will take a leading role in delivering one of the UK's most technically challenging construction projects. You will oversee multiple work packages, lead site management teams and ensure construction activities are delivered safely on programme and to the highest quality standards, while working closely with project stakeholders to achieve key delivery milestones.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading site operations across major construction work packages and coordinating multiple project work fronts
- Managing Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, subcontractors and site teams to achieve safe and efficient project delivery
- Monitoring programme performance, identifying delivery risks and implementing recovery plans where required
- Driving high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across all site activities
- Overseeing quality inspections, testing and assurance activities to ensure works meet specification and project requirements
- Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensuring quality issues are resolved through to successful close-out
- Building strong working relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team
- Supporting project reporting, resource planning and effective communication across the site management team
- Coaching and mentoring Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers while promoting a high-performance culture
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience leading site operations on complex construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and programme delivery
- Experience managing site management teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors
- HNC, Degree or equivalent construction-related qualification
- Professional membership (CIOB or equivalent) desirable
- CSCS Manager Card
