We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Specialist to join our client’s team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role supporting the company’s hiring and talent acquisition activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes from agency liaison, job posting to offer stage
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities
- Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment campaigns and social media presence
- Design and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct search. This can include open days and attending local events.
- Schedule interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activity
- Provide ad hoc recruitment administration and reporting
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (in-house or agency), ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels including direct search.
- Excellent organisation skills being comfortable to organise and facilitate recruitment events or Open Days as required.
- Employer branding and recruitment marketing experience.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment delivery.
- Strong attention to detail.
