The Role

Working closely with our experienced consultants and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and managing top construction talent across a variety of sectors. This is a fast‑paced, people‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting talent, and delivering a high‑quality recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Writing adverts and marketing live vacancies
  • Conducting candidate screening interviews and qualification calls
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Supporting consultants with client requirements and recruitment campaigns
  • Managing candidate compliance and onboarding processes
  • Using CRM systems to maintain accurate records and activity
