Quantity Surveyor and
Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a major data centre development in Dunstable.

Working closely with senior commercial and project teams, you will be involved in the successful commercial delivery of a large-scale, technically complex scheme from construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractor procurement and package administration.
- Preparing and managing variations and change control.
- Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasts.
- Reviewing and processing subcontractor applications and payments.
- Managing subcontract accounts through to final account.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
- Producing accurate commercial reports and forecasts.
- Working closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors.
- Supporting the successful financial delivery of the project.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor.
- Major Industrial / Commercial project history.
- Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a project-focused environment
