Design Manager

We’re looking for a Design Manager/Senior Coordinator to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on an exciting new build college project. If you’re technically sharp, with strong experience in substructure and superstructure, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and coordinate the design process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional designs.
• Tackle technical challenges head-on, keeping the project on track and on budget.
• Review drawings and specs, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in design management, ideally on large-scale projects.
• Expertise in substructure and superstructure design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and design tools (Revit, BIM, etc.).

• £300-350/day CIS payments, depending on experience.
