The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of projects typically ranging from £2m–£15m across the Bristol, Bath and wider South West region. Responsibilities include:
- Managing project costs from pre‑construction through to final account
- Procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports
- Budget management and forecasting
- Supporting value engineering and cost‑effective design solutions
- Ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience as a QS with a main contractor
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding (JCT preferred)
