Corporate Solicitor Associate, Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner Belfast My client is continuing to invest in the growth of its highly regarded Corporate team and is keen to speak with talented lawyers from experienced Associate through to Senior Associate, Legal Director and Partner level.

This is an opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading independent law firms, advising an impressive portfolio of entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, SMEs, investors and established corporates on a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions.

The Role Working alongside an experienced and highly respected team, you'll advise on a varied mix of matters including: Mergers & acquisitions Company sales and acquisitions Management buyouts and buy-ins Corporate restructures and reorganisations Shareholder and investment agreements Joint ventures General corporate and commercial advisory work The role offers plenty of client contact and the opportunity to take ownership of transactions from instruction through to completion.

More senior candidates will also have the opportunity to play an active role in mentoring junior lawyers, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

About You Applications are welcomed from solicitors who: Have strong corporate law experience gained within a commercial practice.
