My client is looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join an innovative legal team that combines first-class legal expertise with modern technology and process improvement to deliver exceptional client service.

The Opportunity You'll join a collaborative team of lawyers, project specialists and legal technology professionals, supporting a wide range of major organisations across diverse sectors.
The team works on an exciting variety of corporate and commercial matters, including: Mergers & Acquisitions Commercial contracts Corporate restructurings Capital markets Investment funds Regulatory implementation projects Due diligence Contract management Large-scale document review and remediation projects General corporate transaction support Innovation is central to the team's approach, with a strong emphasis on improving efficiencies through automation, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
The Role As a Senior Solicitor, you'll take ownership of complex legal matters while supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and legal professionals.
You'll also work closely with senior colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, commercially and to the highest technical standards.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing and delivering high-quality corporate and commercial legal work.
Scoping, setting up and supervising new client matters.
Leading, mentoring and developing Solicitors, Trainees and Legal Analysts.
Supporting budgeting, pricing, billing and matter management.
Using innovative legal technology, including AI-powered tools, to enhance legal service delivery.
Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Supporting business development initiatives, pitches and client presentations.
Developing best practice, processes and innovative ways of working.
Keeping up to date with developments in corporate law and emerging legal technologies.
About You You'll be an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who enjoys collaborating with others and is keen to help shape the future of legal services.
You'll ideally have: Qualified Solicitor (or Barrister), qualified in England & Wales, Northern Ireland or another recognised common law jurisdiction.
A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial law.
Previous experience supervising or mentoring staff.
Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
A genuine interest in legal technology.
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Experience gained within private practice or an in-house legal team would be advantageous, as would previous exposure to legal technology and process improvement.
