This is an exciting opportunity to work on a respondent-focused workload, advising an impressive client base on a variety of high-quality employment law matters.
The Role As part of the firms employment law team, you will handle a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including: Representing employers in tribunal claims and other contentious proceedings.
Advising on workplace disputes, disciplinary matters, and grievance processes.
Providing practical and strategic advice on redundancy, TUPE, and restructuring.
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
Supporting clients on complex issues such as discrimination, unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing.
