We're keen to speak with solicitors specialising in contentious construction, non-contentious construction, or those with experience spanning both disciplines. For those with a non-contentious focus, you'll advise on the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts and project documentation, supporting major development and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion. For contentious specialists, you'll work on a wide range of construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation, advising clients on complex contractual and project-related issues. These roles offer the opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists on market-leading matters while developing long-term client relationships and playing an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
