Change Manager An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Manager to join a high-growth organisation delivering significant people, organisational and business transformation programmes. The Role As a Change Manager, you will lead or support the delivery of complex organisational and people-focused transformation programmes from initial assessment through to successful implementation. Assignments may cover organisational design, operating model transformation, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, cultural change, learning and development, and wider business transformation. You will help organisations understand the impact of change, prepare their people and successfully embed new structures, processes and ways of working. Key Responsibilities Lead and support change programmes through the full lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning through to implementation and adoption. Develop structured change management plans aligned with wider programme objectives. Conduct change impact assessments to identify how proposed changes will affect people, processes, roles and organisational structures. Assess business readiness and develop appropriate interventions to support successful implementation. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, project sponsors and stakeholders across multiple business functions. Plan and facilitate workshops to define change requirements, assess impacts and agree desired outcomes. Support organisational design, operating model and workforce transformation initiatives. Lead cultural and behavioural change activities across complex organisational environments. Manage project workplans, milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the successful delivery of complex programmes. Contribute to the development of new change methodologies, propositions and thought leadership. Experience Required Candidates should have: At least five years relevant experience within a corporate, transformation, project-based or advisory environment. Experience leading or supporting the delivery of complex organisational change programmes. Strong knowledge of established change management principles and methodologies. Experience in at least two of the following areas: Change impact assessment Business readiness Stakeholder engagement Change communications Cultural and behavioral change Organisational design Operating model transformation Strategic workforce planning HR strategy or transformation Learning and development Organisational transition management A successful track record of contributing to or leading projects and workstreams. Experience working with senior management and stakeholders across different business functions. Strong workshop facilitation, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Leadership capabilities and experience supporting or managing other team members. Qualifications A third-level degree or equivalent qualification. A recognised change management qualification, such as Prosci, is desirable. A project or programme management qualification, such as PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum, would be beneficial. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
