They are now seeking a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to strengthen their second line of defence and support the continued development of their risk management framework. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of risk incidents and escalation processes
- Conduct risk and control assessments to identify emerging risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place
- Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of controls
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and key metrics for senior stakeholders
- Support operational resilience planning and business continuity initiatives
- Contribute to the integration of new business activities into the enterprise risk framework
- Assist with embedding regulatory requirements such as DORA
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management, ideally within financial services or payments
- Strong working knowledge of operational risk frameworks and control testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Operational Resilience and DORA regulations
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Confident in challenging senior stakeholders and driving remediation activities
- Experience using GRC platforms and maintaining Risk Registers
