Our client – a dynamic and purpose-driven professional services firm – is expanding their award-winning Company Secretarial team. Known for offering expert support to a diverse and loyal client base, including listed businesses, regulated financial entities, charities, and privately owned companies, they’re now looking for someone who brings both technical excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

  • Managing client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Leading by example and helping to foster a strong, supportive workplace culture
  • Assisting with corporate transactions and governance projects, such as share reorganisations
  • Keeping entity records accurate and up to date on Diligent Entities (formerly Blueprint), including filings and statutory changes
  • Advising clients on best practice in corporate governance

What’s In It For You?

Alongside a supportive and genuinely flexible working environment, the package on offer includes:

  • Annual bonus scheme (up to 15%)
  • Private Health Insurance
  • Extra holiday days for long service
  • Commission for client introductions
  • A culture that supports a healthy work/life balance where out-of-hours work, over-time and weekend e-mails are frowned upon!

There\'s for more we can tell you about this organisation, feel free to get in touch with us to discuss.

Ready to Apply?

If you’re looking to escape the rigid corporate world and join a values-driven, forward-thinking team that’s genuinely committed to flexibility and quality client service – we’d love to hear from you. Every application is reviewed carefully and with an open mind.

Step away from the commute and toward a better work-life balance. Drop us a line or forward your CV for review.
