The Opportunity
This is an exciting chance to work alongside in-house legal teams of Fortune 500 companies, including global banks, major pharmaceutical firms, and technology giants. Youll be at the forefront of modern legal services, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts while playing a key role in transforming the contracting experience.
What Youll Do
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts across multiple industries, including technology, financial services, and professional services.
- Collaborate closely with in-house legal teams to support international deals, procurement, marketing, and consumer-related matters.
- Act as a key escalation point for junior team members while managing an active caseload.
- Contribute to the development of contract templates, playbooks, and legal process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with client expectations and Factors delivery processes.

Youre a results-driven, high-energy legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have:
- A law degree and/or legal qualification with eligibility to work in the UK.
- 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation in legal services.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in-house or within telecommunications, financial services, or professional services.
