Our client, a trailblazer in AI-integrated legal contracting, is seeking an experienced Governance Professional to support a globally renowned FS client. This is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about corporate governance. You'll be part of a high-performing Legal Entity Management team, providing top-tier company secretarial support and working closely with board directors and senior executives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing board and committee governance, ensuring meetings are expertly organised, documented, and followed up.
  • Driving governance standards across legal entities, supporting senior management with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate corporate records, legal entity databases, and supporting on compliance matters such as KYC and AML.
  • Leading or contributing to global governance projects, with exposure to a wide array of regulatory frameworks.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree holder with a qualification in Law or as a Chartered Secretary.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a company secretarial or compliance role within financial services.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and minute-taking skills.
  • Familiarity with the UK, European and US regulatory landscape.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Experience with Diligent Entities and board portal software.
  • Exposure to Pan-European investment structures.
  • Prior engagement with senior-level stakeholders and non-executive directors.
