My client, a prominent legal business with a strong UK and international presence, is looking for a talented Real Estate Director to join their growing Belfast office. This is a strategic hire, ideal for a senior lawyer ready to shape the future of a busy and successful team while working on a broad range of complex real estate matters.
What you'll be doing:
- You’ll lead from the front, managing your own varied caseload across investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
- You’ll also act as a trusted advisor on landlord and tenant issues, while playing a key role in supporting the Real Estate Partner to drive continuous team growth and improvement.
- This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be supervising and mentoring other team members, managing relationships with key clients, and contributing to the business development strategy with a view to expanding the team's already impressive client base.
What we're looking for:
- A qualified solicitor with significant experience in a leading real estate practice.
- Proven expertise across acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold), and landlord and tenant work for corporate occupiers.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in drafting and communication.
- Someone comfortable managing their own caseload and able to collaborate on wider team initiatives.
