We are recruiting an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to support the delivery of complex projects across the healthcare sector. This role is suited to a hands-on project professional with a strong understanding of healthcare environments and the ability to manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple stakeholders. You will take ownership of project planning, delivery, governance and reporting, working closely with clinical, operational and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. Experience within the Irish healthcare system is highly desirable, and candidates with a clinical background are encouraged to apply, though this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate healthcare projects from initiation through to completion
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies, producing clear project documentation and reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Undertake research, analysis and data review to support informed decision-making
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and project updates for senior audiences
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to wider service development
  • Mentor and support junior team members where required

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience delivering healthcare-related projects
  • Strong project management capability across the full project lifecycle
  • Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Basic salary: £35,000 - £55,000 Bonus up to 10% Enhanced holidays Private medical
