Corporate work across Northern Ireland continues to be exceptionally busy, and my client is keen to add to their well-established Belfast corporate team. This role would suit a Corporate Solicitor with around 1 year PQE or more, although the level is genuinely flexible for the right individual. You will be joining a highly regarded team that advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, investments, restructurings and general advisory work, acting for an impressive and diverse client base.
The work on offer is both high quality and varied, providing excellent exposure and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. The Belfast office continues to grow, and this appointment reflects ongoing demand for strong corporate capability across the province.
