Commercial litigation continues to be a key growth area in the Belfast market, and my client is looking to strengthen their dispute resolution team with the addition of a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. This role would suit a solicitor with around 2 years PQE or more, with experience across a broad range of commercial disputes. Exposure to contentious construction matters would be a real advantage, although it is not essential; strong general litigation experience and an appetite to develop in this area will be equally well received.
You will be working on high-quality, complex disputes, acting for a diverse client base that includes corporates, developers and insurers. The team is well regarded for its technical strength and collaborative approach, offering an excellent environment for solicitors who want to deepen their expertise while continuing to build a strong litigation profile.
