A leading international financial services business is seeking a Tax Manager to join its EMEA finance team in London. Reporting directly to the head of tax, this is a broad in-house tax role that offers exposure to complex international tax matters across multiple entities within a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage UK corporation tax compliance, filings, and related reporting obligations
  • Support quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP across EMEA entities
  • Oversee international tax matters including transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
  • Prepare tax provisions, reconciliations, and journal entries while supporting audits and tax authority queries
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisers on tax planning, regulatory, and business initiatives
  • Monitor legislative developments and contribute to process improvements across the tax function

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification
  • 4+ years post qualified experience
  • Experience in corporate tax gained in practice and in industry
  • Strong understanding of UK corporation tax and tax accounting principles
