Senior Technical Program Manager wanted for a fast-growing data and measurement technology business operating across advertising, analytics and cross-platform insight. We are exclusively partnered with a rapidly scaling AdTech company who are looking to hire a Senior Technical Program Manager to take ownership of its most complex, cross-functional delivery programmes spanning engineering, data, product and commercial teams. The business works with large brands and platforms to help them understand the impact of advertising across multiple channels, building advanced measurement solutions that sit at the intersection of data infrastructure and commercial insight. This is a senior delivery role responsible for ensuring large-scale, cross-team programmes are delivered predictably, with strong governance, clear ownership and high-quality execution. The role is London-based with a flexible hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-team programmes spanning multiple product and engineering pods.
- Define scope, success criteria, milestones, governance structures and delivery plans for large initiatives.
- Establish and run programme governance (status cadence, risk tracking, decision logs and stakeholder forums).
- Manage dependencies across teams, resolve blockers and coordinate competing priorities across pods.
- Own programme communication, providing clear updates, escalation paths and reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Have 5+ years' experience in technical programme or product delivery roles in SaaS, data or AdTech environments.
- Have experience managing complex cross-functional programmes across engineering, data, product and commercial teams.
- Are highly skilled in stakeholder management, escalation handling and dependency coordination.
- Have strong technical literacy and can engage confidently with APIs, data systems and technical trade-offs.
- Are an excellent communicator, comfortable producing structured updates for senior leadership.
