We are hiring a Social Producer to build and scale the digital presence of a globally recognised interview-led show. This role is responsible for transforming long-form episodes into high-performing, platform-native short-form content - and turning audience attention into sustained community growth. You will lead social strategy end-to-end: concept development, editing, publishing, optimisation, experimentation, and performance analysis. The goal is to convert compelling conversations into cultural moments, and cultural moments into measurable business impact. This is a role for someone who understands that social media is not distribution - it is growth infrastructure.

Goals

  • Launching, scaling, and optimising multi-platform social channels
  • Delivering sustained double-digit audience growth
  • Creating repeatable content formats that drive conversation and shareability
  • Establishing episodes as social-first cultural moments
  • Building a scalable content engine that balances speed, experimentation, quality, and brand consistency
  • Turning viewers into active community members and advocates

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the short-form content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Translate long-form interview content into high-impact, scroll-stopping social clips
  • Build repeatable creative frameworks that can scale
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, editing, testing, and optimisation
  • Use analytics and insights to inform creative decisions and continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate with production, editorial, and brand teams to extend storytelling beyond the episode
  • Identify trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments - and respond in real time

Ideal Profile

  • Deep Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube mechanics, behaviours, and growth levers.
  • AI-Enabled Operator: Comfortable integrating AI into creative workflows to increase output, improve quality, and optimise performance.
  • Short-Form Specialist: Able to identify emotionally resonant or high-impact moments and craft them into compelling short-form narratives.
  • Performance-Oriented: Uses data as a decision-making tool, not just a reporting tool.
  • Fast & Structured: Operates at speed while building systems and processes that scale.
  • Collaborative & Commercially Minded: Understands how social contributes to brand equity, audience growth, and revenue.
  • Podcast & Interview Fluent: Understands how to preserve nuance and emotional depth when adapting long-form conversations into short-form content.

Who This Role Suits

  • Someone who thinks like a brand builder, not just a content editor
  • Someone who builds systems, not one-off posts
  • Someone obsessed with audience behaviour, culture, and performance
  • Someone who sees experimentation as essential, not optional

Location: London

Interview Process

  • Screening Stage: Initial review designed to fairly assess experience, skills, and motivation.
  • Introductory Call: Conversation with the Talent team to discuss the role and answer questions.
  • First Interview: Meeting with the hiring manager and team.
  • Task Stage: Practical exercise reflecting real responsibilities of the role.
  • Final Interview: Conversation with a senior leader within the business.
