About the Role
We're partnering with a creative social agency looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join its growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across an exciting portfolio of entertainment, lifestyle and consumer brands, helping deliver engaging, social-first content that builds communities and drives audience growth.
You'll work alongside experienced strategists and account leads, taking ownership of day-to-day social activity while developing your skills in strategy, creative planning and client management.

Key Responsibilities
- Build weekly content calendars across multiple client accounts.
- Curate and create engaging social content, write copy and schedule posts across key platforms.
- Write creative, on-brand captions tailored to different audiences.
- Monitor platform and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Take ownership of selected client accounts, supporting campaign planning, creative briefing and performance analysis.
- Manage publishing, tagging and community engagement across social channels.
- Track content performance and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
- Ensure all content follows best practice, brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Support senior team members with client communications and feedback implementation.
About You
You'll ideally have
- 6-24 months' experience in a social media, digital or content-focused role.
- A genuine passion for social media, digital culture and emerging trends.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok and other major social platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and visual consistency.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn from experienced teammates.
- An interest in content strategy, audience growth and campaign performance.
- Curiosity around AI tools and how they can improve productivity while maintaining high-quality creative work.
