A fast-growing global social and influencer marketing agency is looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships and deliver high-impact campaigns across sectors including beauty, fashion, tech and FMCG. This is a client-facing leadership role, sitting at the heart of the agency, with responsibility for overseeing end-to-end influencer campaigns while managing and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Respond to briefs with strategic, insight-led creative proposals
  • Oversee multiple campaigns end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Present confidently in pitches, campaign kick-offs, and performance reviews
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy and production teams
  • Mentor and manage junior team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in agency or client services roles
  • Strong background in influencer and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to lead large accounts and manage multiple campaigns
  • Confident presenter with experience pitching and upselling
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
