Social Creative - Shooting and Editing

We're looking for a Social Creative to join a creative agency on an upcoming project, with a strong focus on developing ideas and campaigns for social.

This is a great opportunity for a creative who can take big, traditional campaign ideas and translate them into engaging, platform-native social work.

The Role

• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas specifically for social platforms.
• Take broader brand and campaign ideas and translate them into social-first executions.
• Generate ideas that feel native to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, strategists and wider creative teams to develop and evolve ideas.
• Create strong social concepts across different formats, audiences and platforms.
• Present and articulate creative thinking clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure ideas are culturally relevant, engaging and appropriate for the platform.
• Develop multiple executions from a central creative idea.
• Contribute to pitches, brainstorms and wider campaign development.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Social Creative / Creative within a creative or advertising agency.
• Excellent conceptual and campaign development skills.
• A strong understanding of social platforms and how audiences consume content.
• Ability to take a traditional campaign idea and make it feel fresh, relevant and native to social.
• Strong understanding of trends, internet culture and platform behaviours.
• Confident presenting and selling creative ideas.
• Able to work at pace and manage multiple briefs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative and campaign thinking.

You do not need to be a shooter or editor for this role the focus is firmly on ideas, concepts and creative direction.
