A fast-growing digital team is looking for a Social Creative with a strong track record of producing scroll-stopping, short-form video content – someone who can take ideas from concept to camera, and from edit to performance analysis.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you\’ll lead content creation across TikTok and Instagram Reels. You\’ll be the sole content creator on the team, collaborating with an in-house designer (so no design skills required), and supported by a tight-knit, startup-style team culture.
What You\’ll Be Doing

Own the content process end-to-end: concepting, filming, editing, and performance tracking

Lead creative execution for TikTok and Reels

Film on location (primarily London-based real estate properties)

Stay on top of platform trends and translate them into brand-relevant content

Occasionally work directly with clients and talent on set

Use performance data to refine creative strategies and drive results
What We\’re Looking For

Proven experience delivering standout short-form content (TikTok/IG Reels)

Confident filming and editing independently (must)

Sharp creative thinking – always full of fresh, out-of-the-box ideas

Comfortable being on-site and client-facing when needed
