Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme
- Maintain exceptional quality standards, particularly with high-end finishes and joinery
- Coordinate works within a live, occupied farm and hotel environment
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Manage programme, logistics, and sequencing of works
Requirements & Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on high-quality construction projects
- Background with a Tier 2 contractor (preferred over volume housebuilding)
- Experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or bespoke/high-end builds
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- SMSTS and First Aid at Work (essential)
