The Company
We’ve got a really exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, independent digital agency in London, with over 100 talented people across three offices. They’re working with a world-leading FMCG Client and are looking for a driven Search Specialist to join their brilliant performance team.

The Role
As a Client Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a handful of regions, connecting the SEO and PPC teams to client needs. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent reporting, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping strategy in collaboration with regional senior strategists.

  • Building strong client relationships and acting as the go-to person for SEO and PPC delivery.
  • Managing client expectations and guiding them towards the agency’s strategy.
  • Coordinating channel teams on delivery, timelines, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Driving local market growth through scoping, planning, and optimising campaigns.
  • Championing innovation and automation, ensuring campaigns exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborating with a large, motivated team to deliver creative, data-driven digital solutions.

You
Are curious, motivated, and passionate about producing exceptional work. Can distil complex technical info into clear, engaging insights for clients at all levels. Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage financial processes efficiently. Understand search inside out and can confidently report on performance, suggest improvements, and expand client understanding of SEO and PPC.
