As Senior Social Media Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, manage, and optimise global social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and podcasts.
  • Create, analyse, and present detailed social media performance reports, with strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to deliver standout, on-brand content.
  • Lead client communications, build trusted relationships, and manage meetings effectively.
  • Champion creative innovation, spotting and implementing forward-thinking ideas in the automotive social space.
  • Establish and manage workflows, processes, and timelines for smooth delivery.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practice, platform updates, and emerging trends.

You:

  • 4+ years' experience in social media roles, ideally within a creative agency environment.
  • Proven success managing global automotive brand accounts.
  • Strong client management skills, confident presenting, and adept at building relationships.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple complex projects at once.
  • Skilled at briefing and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Experience in podcast publishing and familiarity with influencer marketing is a plus.
