The Role
This is a senior, client‑facing role where you’ll take full ownership of account strategy, growth planning and delivery across major clients. You’ll also play a key role in shaping internal best practice and mentoring the wider team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build deep, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Lead account strategy across large and complex client portfolios
- Drive innovation, testing and performance improvements
- Identify and lead on new growth opportunities and revenue streams
- Take a leading role in new business strategy and pitches
- Manage, mentor and develop Account Managers and Executives
