As a Senior PPC Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms
  • Owning bid strategy, testing, and budget optimisation to improve ROI
  • Building and scaling large, complex PPC accounts across multiple markets
  • Driving automation and innovation across paid search using data and AI tools
  • Producing clear performance reports and actionable insights
  • Running structured test‑and‑learn programmes, including A/B testing
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Working closely with data, creative, and commercial teams to maximise performance
  • Managing relationships with platform partners and agencies
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and new platform developments

You:

  • Experienced PPC specialist with a strong performance mindset
  • Confident managing large budgets and complex international accounts
  • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable presenting results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, commercially focused, and results‑driven
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross‑functionally
  • 3+ years' experience managing paid search campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Proven experience running large‑scale, multi‑market PPC accounts
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills; dashboarding experience a plus
  • Background in eCommerce, travel, or high‑volume transactional environments desirable
