The Agency

My client is a full service social media agency, working with huge names within the workspace, finance, and travel industries.

The Role

  • Input into strategic processes with well-informed viewpoints.
  • Understand the client's competitive landscape and broader market examples.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, gaining their confidence.
  • Manage multiple tasks with ease and calmness, supporting the Client Lead as well.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Present professionally, ensuring clear and concise dissemination of information.
  • Work with creative producers to ensure account smoothness.
  • Support the Client Lead in managing account finances.
  • Track production budgets and seek growth opportunities within the client's budget.
  • Challenge siloed thinking and promote holistic execution of ideas.

About You

  • 4+ years' experience within social agencies and account management roles.
  • Creative excellence with integrated thinking.
  • Strategic insight.
  • Great client relationship management abilities.
