An exciting high-growth SaaS business is looking for a Sales Effectiveness Manager to join their team on a fixed-term basis.

  • Hybrid working, South East England
  • Ideally 1 day per week in the office
  • 9 months initially
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Β£60,000 base salary

The Job

As the Sales Effectiveness Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing customer and prospect journeys to identify conversion bottlenecks and drop-off points.
  • Optimising onboarding, trial and nurture journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Building and enhancing CRM workflows, automations, triggers and customer communications.
  • Running A/B testing programmes to improve customer acquisition and conversion performance.
  • Leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to improve customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
  • Reviewing lead management processes and ensuring opportunities are effectively followed up.
  • Identifying process gaps, missed opportunities and areas for operational improvement.
  • Creating reporting and dashboards to measure engagement, conversion and pipeline performance.
  • Surfacing key customer insights and buying signals to help commercial teams prioritise activity.
  • Developing scalable processes that improve sales effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
  • Driving continuous optimisation across the revenue funnel through data-led decision making.

You

  • Experience within a SaaS, technology or subscription-based business.
  • Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations or Growth.
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, reporting and customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Experience using data to improve customer engagement and conversion performance.
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation experience.
  • Experience improving lead management and sales processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product stakeholders.
  • A proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach.
