The Job
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying prospective customers before introducing opportunities to the Account Executive team. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email and other channels
- Identifying and qualifying prospective customers for the sales team
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Scheduling product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Achieving weekly and monthly opportunity-generation targets
- Developing a strong understanding of the company's platform, market and competitive landscape
- Completing structured sales and product training programmes
- Supporting enterprise organisations in evaluating technology solutions that improve digital performance and business outcomes
About You
We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are eager to build a successful career in enterprise SaaS sales. You will ideally have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Genuine interest in technology and software sales
- Excellent communication, listening and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Evidence of achievement in academic, professional or extracurricular activities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and development
- Previous exposure to sales training, prospecting or CRM systems would be advantageous but is not essential
