Regional Activation Lead | 12-Month FTC | London (Hybrid)
We're partnering with one of the world's leading media networks to recruit a Regional Activation Lead supporting a globally recognised consumer brand across the EMEA region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role, shaping regional media strategy, influencing senior client stakeholders, and leading integrated campaigns across multiple international markets. You'll be at the forefront of media innovation, driving performance, collaboration and best-in-class activation across an exciting and complex account.
The Role
- Lead and inspire a high-performing regional team spanning multiple markets and media disciplines.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape media strategy and deliver commercial results.
- Oversee integrated media activation across Paid Social, Programmatic, Digital and emerging channels.
- Bring together media, data, technology, creative and operations teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Build strong partnerships with major media platforms, identifying new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Ensure regional campaigns are executed consistently while allowing flexibility for local market needs.
- Drive operational excellence, team development and continuous improvement across the function.
- Champion AI, automation, creator-led media and the latest digital trends to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
About You
- Proven experience leading regional or global media teams within an agency or large in-house environment.
- Strong background in digital media strategy, planning and activation.
- A confident leader with experience managing complex, multi-market stakeholder relationships.
- Comfortable influencing senior clients and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Deep understanding of Paid Social, Programmatic and the wider digital media landscape.
- Experience working with high-profile global brands and delivering innovative, integrated media campaigns.
