Product Designer wanted for a fast-growing B2B technology company building modern software for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. A rapidly scaling and well-funded tech business is looking to hire a Product Designer to take ownership of mobile experience design across a core product used by on-site teams delivering complex, high-value projects. This is a highly impactful role where you will be the first dedicated mobile-focused designer, shaping how critical workflows are experienced in real-world, non-desk environments. The role is remote‑first, with flexibility across the UK and Europe and occasional in‑person collaboration.
The role:
- Own end‑to‑end mobile design, from initial concepts through to shipped product.
- Design intuitive, high‑quality experiences for users operating in real-world environments (e.g., on‑site, mobile‑first contexts).
- Define and evolve mobile interaction patterns that feel native and scalable.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to shape features and ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, particularly for mobile components.
You:
- Have 4+ years’ experience in product design, with a strong focus on mobile (iOS, Android or cross‑platform).
- Have experience designing for complex workflows, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Have strong interaction design skills (user flows, states, edge cases – not just visual design).
- Are comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints.
- Can take ownership across the full design lifecycle, from discovery through to QA.
- Ideally have experience with design systems and/or cross‑platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter).
