PPC Lead Generation Specialist – Independent Agency – Fully remote – Up to 50k

As part of continued growth, they\’re now looking for a PPC / Google Ads Lead Generation Specialist to take ownership of multiple client accounts and help shape the agency\’s lead-gen offering.
The Role
As PPC / Google Ads Lead Generation Specialist, you\’ll be responsible for building and managing end-to-end lead generation campaigns across Google Ads.
Working with small business clients, you\’ll focus on delivering high-quality leads within modest budgets, applying a mix of strategy, creativity, and analytical insight to maximise performance.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you\’ll be involved in everything from campaign planning and landing page wireframing to reporting and optimisation, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage profitable Google Ads lead-generation campaigns (Search & PMAX)

Develop effective landing page strategies and wireframes (WordPress)

Continuously optimise campaigns for performance, conversion, and cost-efficiency

Set up basic CRMs (Google Sheets) to track and analyse conversions

Manage client communications, ensuring transparency and accountability

Oversee tracking and tagging using Google Tag Manager

Deliver reports and insights through Google Ads and Google Analytics

2+ years\’ experience in PPC / Google Ads lead generation, including Search & PMAX

Proven ability to generate strong leads with minimal spend

Agency experience managing multiple client accounts

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and landing page wireframing
