Following continued growth, they're looking for a PPC Account Manager to join their high‑performing Performance team and help drive best‑in‑class search campaigns for a portfolio of leading clients.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic role for a PPC specialist who loves performance marketing, thrives on data and enjoys turning insights into commercial results. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns across a portfolio of UK and European clients, helping to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and business performance. Working closely with clients, analytics teams and platform partners, you'll play a key role in delivering best‑in‑class PPC strategies that generate tangible results. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of opportunity to influence strategy, challenge thinking and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the day‑to‑day activation, optimisation and reporting of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Developing and implementing performance‑led search strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Monitoring campaign performance against ambitious acquisition and revenue targets.
- Conducting keyword research, audience analysis and competitive reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Using data and insights to drive ongoing optimisation and improve efficiency.
- Managing bidding strategies, budget allocation and forecasting.
- Working closely with analytics teams to understand performance trends and attribution insights.
- Producing clear, actionable performance reports and presenting recommendations to clients.
- Managing tracking, trafficking and bid management platforms including SA360 and Campaign Manager.
- Building strong relationships with platform partners and key stakeholders.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in PPC or Paid Search.
- Strong hands‑on experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience managing performance‑focused campaigns with clear commercial KPIs.
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution and conversion optimisation.
- Experience using SA360, Campaign Manager or similar campaign management platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills and a genuine passion for performance data.
- Strong client‑facing experience and ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset and desire to continuously improve performance.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4.
- Exposure to automation, scripts, AI tools or feed management platforms.
- Experience managing European or international PPC campaigns.
