An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a large-scale industrial operation in Plymouth. This is a strategic leadership role where you will be responsible for developing and driving the Health & Safety agenda across a complex, high-risk environment.   • Proven experience in a Senior Health & Safety role within heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, quarrying, engineering, or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience implementing and managing ISO-certified systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent essential; CMIOSH or working towards desirable.
