Performance Marketing Manager - FTC
About the Role
We're partnering with a leading multi-brand retail group to recruit an experienced Performance Marketing Manager on a fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you'll take ownership of a £5m+ annual performance marketing budget, driving growth and profitability across three established retail brands.
This is a highly hands-on role, responsible for managing PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Prospecting activity, with a strong focus on delivering against ROI, ROAS and commercial growth targets.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Own and manage a £5m+ annual performance marketing budget across multiple retail brands.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Prospecting.
- Lead the optimisation of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring activity consistently delivers against ROAS and ROI targets.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data to identify opportunities, improve efficiency and drive profitable growth.
- Manage product feeds to maximise product visibility, traffic and conversion.
- Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics, Excel and other analytics tools.
- Work closely with trading teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to align paid media activity with commercial priorities.
- Continuously test and adapt channel strategies based on performance, market trends and business objectives.
- Provide clear insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support wider ecommerce growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Search or PPC.
- Proven experience within retail or ecommerce, ideally selling physical products.
- Strong technical expertise across Google Ads and paid search optimisation.
- A proven track record of delivering against ROAS, ROI and commercial growth targets.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics and Excel.
- Experience managing and optimising ecommerce product feeds.
- Comfortable managing significant budgets and making data-led investment decisions.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing across PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Prospecting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with trading teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- Available to commit to a fixed-term contract.
